PULP – MORE
The first new Pulp album in nearly 24 years
After two decades of silence, MORE marks the long-awaited return of one of Britain’s most iconic bands. Sparked by a new song—Hymn of the North—played live during their 2023 reunion tour, the creative floodgates opened, and by mid-2024, a full album had taken shape.
Featuring contributions from Richard Hawley, Jason Buckle, the Eno family, string arrangements by Richard Jones (performed by the Elysian Collective), and production by James Ford, MORE was recorded in just three weeks in Walthamstow—making it the fastest Pulp album ever made. Clearly, it was time.
This is Pulp at their rawest, most urgent, and most human. No artificial intelligence—just nine people, a lot of heart, and the best they can do.
💿 MORE is dedicated to the late Steve Mackey.
